One in four of us will experience a mental health problem every year. Yet it is still something people are worried to talk about or ask for help.

We know that being physically active can be help mental wellbeing but what perhaps what we don't always know is how to recognise signs that someone needs support or even know how to support those that are struggling. Thatcham Rugby Club are committed to doing more to help the men and women involved in our club by signing up to the Mental Health Charter for Sport and Recreation.

Over the coming months we will be publicly promoting and adopting good mental health policies and best practice within our club, offering nominated points of contact for confidential chats and visibly displaying support networks and signposting opportunities to access further support.

Lets support each other on and off the pitch.
