Mental Health Awareness Workshop

By Nick Rance

Thursday 22nd November - 7.30-8.30pm

In many ways, mental health is just like physical health: everybody has it and we need to take care of it.

1 in 4 people have a mental health problem, if we look at how many people are part of Thatcham Rugby Club that means many of our peers could be struggling with a mental health issue.

This open workshop will be an opportunity to gain knowldge on what is 'Mental Health', how we can support ourselves and each other and an opporunity to discuss some of the opporunities and barriers within the club enviroment for those dealing with a difficult time in their lives.

The session will also include information the RFU Headscase concussion awareness which all club members need to be aware of.

Please do make the effort to attend.
